The winery

The winery is treated with passion and meticulousness by Giuseppe, Franco’s firstborn, which sommelier in 2008, aims at the right combination of a plate with a wine, so as to offer to every customer, from the most demanding to the most modest, the best local and national production, accompanying each dish and exalting at best every taste.

The wine list includes many labels, the result of an ongoing research to discover the most interesting Italian wine scene, presenting from the best and most known producers to the small companies of good quality.
