Marco is the third son of Ciccio and Marinella. Since 2013 Marco is the Executive Chef of the Restaurant Da Ciccio and his dishes are the expression of a strong bond with the territory:
the seasonality of cropsfrom Ciccio’s organic farm, the freshness of the fish and the balance in technique are the hallmarks of his hand.
I dream that our guests can enjoy the authentic scents and flavors that are the expression of a stretch of the coast rich in history and traditions.
And the “sweet” temptations? It’s mum Marinella who delights us!
